A delegation from Guangzhou Education Bureau, led by the Deputy Director of Guangzhou Municipal Party Reform Office Mr. Peng Shi Sheng paid a visit to DGS on 22^nd June 2018 to discuss areas of common interest with regard to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Region.

Our Headmistress Mrs. Lau greeted the delegates warmly, and provided a brief overview of our school, mentioning the hallmarks of the DGS education. Topics discussed included exchange programmes that DGS has with various sister schools on the Mainland, the achievements of our girls in the Mathematics and IT domains and the school's upcoming plan to launch a student-based project on the Greater Bay Area Region in the 2018-19 academic year.
