As part of the School's 160th anniversary, the DGS 160th Anniversary Invitational Programming Contest for Girls was held on the 2nd of July this year.

Throughout the contest, students displayed keen cooperation between members, as well as  engagement in the contest. They showed resilience as they persistently debugged and attempted various tasks, absolutely relishing in the thrill of the contest -- our school's first ever Invitational Programming Contest which engaged both DGS students and students from other schools alike. In addition, we were honored to have invited Mrs. Lau to present to the participants the prizes, which concluded our contest not only with certificates and trophies, but also with sparking interests in programming.
