Important Dates to Note


Secondary One Application (2022 - 2023)



Application Stage 1

20th September -

6th October 2021

Stage 1 application period

Open a user account at the website http://admission.dgs.edu.hk. Follow the instructions to activate the account and then enter the information as requested. 

Prepare portfolio using the portfolio summary form detailing skills in all areas of achievement including music, drama, dance, etc., and use the Personal Information Form (Sports) to report on the sports skills.

Print out a portfolio cover sheet at the website  http://admission.dgs.edu.hkSubmit it together with the portfolio and one self-addressed stamped ($5.00)  envelope of size C5 by hand (Mon-Fri: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sat: 9 a.m. - 12 noon, excluding public holidays).

(DGS is located at 1 Jordan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong - Exit B2 from the Jordan MTR Station)


Application Stage 2


End of October 2021

Applicants successfully entering the 2nd stage of the recruitment will receive application forms and will be invited to interviews.

On or before

6th November 2021

Completed application forms to be returned to DGS by hand (application fee $50), plus 2 self-addressed stamped ($5.00 each) envelopes of size C5.

Offer made to successful applicants

Successful applicants to sign an undertaking, send the School their P6 Student Record Form and submit a deposit of $800
