Following the success of the app AiAo that won the Championship in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2019 competition, our girls continued their invention by incorporating artificial intelligence features into their app. The app was originally designed for teenagers to relieve their stress by means of art therapy. With their hard work, they successfully enhanced the app with features that mimic the face-to-face experience of a therapy session. Features such as chatbot, emotion prediction and in-app guidance greatly improve the user experience of the app. After two rounds of assessment, the team comprising Fung Sze Ching Evelyn (4W), Lam Hei Ting Alicia (4W), Lee Hei Tung Christy (4W), Lam Yan Tung Jovie (4Z) won the grand prize, the Best Artificial Intelligence Award, of the CUHK Secondary School Think and Create Competition 2021.
