130th Anniversary Celebration

The School's 130^th Anniversary celebrations started with teachers and students assembling in the Centenary Hall for the Switching-On Ceremony in January 1990. The yearlong preparations then culminated in the Open Day Ceremony on 18^th December 1990. We were greatly honoured that Lady Natasha Wilson, wife of His Excellency the Governor, officiated at the Open Day Ceremony, accompanied by Bishop Kwong and our other special guests, who were impressed by the high calibre of the exhibits and performances as well as the expertly prepared tea reception. The series of celebration activities was concluded with a Thanksgiving Service at St. John's Cathedral on 20^th December 1990.
